The Minnesota Rockets AAA Hockey Club shall be operated by experienced hockey professionals. It is the mission of the Rockets to provide the best program possible for player development.  Combining hockey expertise and a positive teaching environment by experienced hockey professionals, with a complete commitment from players and parents, all participants will achieve optimum performance at their individual skill level.  The program will strive to enhance and enrich the present and future lives of each of its participants both on and off the ice.

The philosophy of the Minnesota Rockets AAA Hockey Club is grounded in a total focus on player development.  Our players are provided a patient, understanding, educational learning environment by respectful coaches.  We incorporate fast-paced, high-intensity practices with aggressive puck pressure and strategic team systems in an environment where your child is treated fairly and given continued and constant instruction.  Through excellent completion, expert coaching, and fair playing opportunity, every Rocket player is provided the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Our approach instills confidence and builds self-esteem.  We eliminate threats, intimidation, and negative reinforcement.   We will not bench or vilify a player for errors.  You will not spend significant money on travel just to watch your child receive limited ice time while a handful of teammates play to exhaustion.  Each and every player is important to the success of their team and our club.  This is our philosophy, and we have lived by it since our inception.
